NS5 counterflow nozzles are suit for Marley counter flow cooling tower. The design of spray nozzles include nozzle body and splash shield plate. Some customers only buy the whole body nozzle. Less customer purchase the whole set as well as the pipe arms. The diameter of the hole is 1.875inch(47.6mm)
NS5 ML cooling tower nozzle has another consist with adapter arm. Our new mould make the NS5 nozzle by 3 parts: nozzle body, splash shield plate and adapter arm, total length is 105mm(the original ML large cooling tower spray nozzles length is 100mm).
We had even keep a set of ML large cooling tower nozzles as our stock sample, the difference is the 95mm center nuts be connected between the two adapter arms of two sides. But it is not suit for the main water pipe in the tower, so we change the mould to adapt it.
Please see our new mould nozzles which the center nut hole diameter is 80mm, that will be very suit for the diameter main of water pipe in the cooling tower to promise you the right connection between the nozzles and your main water pipes.
